Channel Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing channel accounts in IT security product and solution
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast
- Responsible for lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal team, vendors and channel partners for projects
- Maintain and strengthen long-term business relationship with customers
​Job Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years solid sales experience in IT field
- Possess security products knowledge and channel account management experience will be an advantage
- Customer oriented and strong interpersonal skill
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and strong business acumen
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC operation especially MS Excel and Word
Immediate available is highly preferred.
Telesales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to the existing commercial customers in optimizing and upselling/cross-selling in different product sections
- To explore and identify other business opportunity to help generate new lead
- Follow-up leads generated from other activities and/or department
- Accurately record all contact activities into the contact management database.
- Work and co-ordinate with other departments to help solving customers’ problems
Job Specifications:
- F.5 or above education
- Candidates with working experience in sales is a plus
- Good telephone manner
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
- Aggressive, initiative and able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Basic knowledge of computer

Customer Service Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow-up enquiries and complaints from existing customers
- Review and coordinate the process of service contract renewal
- Build up good relationship with clients
- Coordinate with internal department for daily operation
- Perform the ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Specifications:
- Diploma or above in Business Discipline
- Working experiences in customer service would be advantage
- Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
- Proficiency in PC operation especially MS Excel and Word
